Hand-crafted meat smoker made from a retired and repurposed French white oak wine barrel. This truly unique meat smoker can do both hot and cold meat smoking. Excellent for cold smoking fish and cheeses, hot smoking pork butts, beef briskets and ribs, as well as many other meats. It includes a cold smoke infuser with adjustable air intake/heat exhaust for excellent temperature control. Features dual temperature gauges, dual stainless steel smoking racks, a high temperature gasket seal between barrel top and lid with dual locking latches, as well as an interior bucket for hot coals. And finally, wheels are attached for easy mobility. Each smoker is handcrafted with care and beautifully stained and finished.
